Douglas Council rules out low-noise fireworks for display

Well folks, it looks like our annual fireworks display is set to be a loud one! Douglas Council has decided against using low-noise pyrotechnics this year, so expect all the traditional bangs and whistles. Let's hope everyone enjoys the show!
